Terms & Conditions – Signature Sales Suite

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Signature Sales Suite (“Product”) from Melanie Grey Inc., legally registered as Fourth Street Creative Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing this Product, you agree to the following:

1. Product Access & Lifetime Availability

One-Time Purchase: The Signature Sales Suite is a one-time purchase that includes lifetime access to the core templates and trainings.

Future Additions: If new content or updates are added to the core Signature Sales Suite in the future, you will receive access at no additional charge.

Exclusions: Any launch-only or special promotional bonuses offered during specific sales periods are not guaranteed beyond that promotion. The Company reserves the right to add, remove, or retire bonus content at any time.

2. Refund Policy

Strict No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of this Product, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted for any reason. Once you purchase, you have full access to the templates and trainings, and it is not possible to revoke digital downloads.

3. License & Permitted Use

Single License: Your purchase grants you one non-transferable license to use the templates and trainings for your own personal or business marketing.

Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the templates, trainings, or any related content to others. Any attempt to do so is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

4. Bonuses

Bonus Content: From time to time, we may include bonuses (such as guides, trainings, or additional templates) with the Product.

Company Rights: The Company reserves the right to change, replace, or retire bonus content at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, trainings, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Melanie Grey Inc. / Fourth Street Creative Inc.

Purchase does not transfer ownership. You are granted a license for use, not the rights to resell, duplicate, or distribute the materials.

6. Support

Support Scope: The Signature Sales Suite is a self-guided program. Limited support is available via email only at hello@melaniegrey.com

7. Indemnification

By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Melanie Grey Inc. / Fourth Street Creative Inc., its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the Product, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
