By purchasing or accessing The Marque Collective (“Membership”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1) Access + Lifetime Access
The Marque Collective is a digital membership that includes trainings, templates, and other resources.
If you purchase with pay-in-full, you receive lifetime access (meaning access for the lifetime of the Membership/product/platform).
If you purchase using a payment plan, lifetime access is granted only after all payments are successfully completed. If a payment fails or is missed, access may be paused or revoked until the account is brought current.
2) No Refunds
Because this is a digital product with immediate access to materials (including downloadable templates), all sales are final and no refunds are offered.
3) Single-User License (No Sharing)
Your purchase grants access for one individual user.
You may not share your login or materials with a team, brokerage, department, friends, clients, or other agents. Each person who wants access must purchase their own membership.
If account sharing beyond a single user is detected, access may be suspended or revoked without refund.
4) Intellectual Property (No Reselling)
All content inside The Marque Collective (trainings, templates, downloads, frameworks, etc.) is owned by Melanie Grey / The Marque Collective.
You may customize templates and materials for use in your own real estate business, but you may not:
resell, redistribute, or share any materials
upload or publish templates for others to access
use the materials to create competing templates/courses/memberships
Violation may result in termination of access without refund.
5) No Guarantees
The Marque Collective provides education and tools. Results vary based on many factors, and no specific outcomes, earnings, or client results are guaranteed.
