**1. Membership Access and Content Availability**

- **Access**: As a member of Canva Lab, you have full access to all training, templates, and the private community during your active membership period. If you cancel your membership, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. After the billing cycle ends, all access to training, templates, and the community will be revoked.

- **Downloaded Content**: Any templates you download to your Canva account during your membership can be retained and used indefinitely, even after cancellation. However, access to the community and future content releases will no longer be available.

**2. Membership Billing and Cancellation**

- **Billing**: Membership fees are charged either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Your membership will automatically renew on your billing date unless you cancel before that date.

- **Cancellation**: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your membership at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing date. If you fail to cancel within this timeframe, you will be responsible for the next billing period, and no refund will be provided for any unused portion.

**3. Refund Policy**

- **No Refunds**: We have a strict no-refund policy. Once you have subscribed, you will not be entitled to any refunds, regardless of the time remaining in your billing period. If you believe your purchase was unauthorized (e.g., fraud), you may pursue the matter through your credit card company.

**4. Intellectual Property**

- **Content Use**: All templates, trainings, and other content provided in Canva Lab are the intellectual property of Fourth Street Creative Inc. You are granted a license to use the templates for your personal or business projects only.

- **Restrictions**: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, distributing, or uploading our templates or any other content to third-party platforms. Any attempt to monetize our content without proper licensing is a violation of these terms. If you wish to obtain a commercial license, please contact us directly.

**5. Privacy and Confidentiality**

- **Privacy**: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide during your membership will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

- **Confidentiality**: Members are expected to respect the confidentiality of the community. Sharing of content, discussions, or other proprietary information outside the Canva Lab is strictly prohibited.

**6. Canva Pro Integration**

- **Canva Pro Recommendation**: While Canva Pro is not required to benefit from the Canva Lab membership, many of the techniques and features taught in our trainings utilize Canva Pro tools. We recommend Canva Pro for the best experience, but members can still participate using the free version of Canva.

**7. Indemnity Clause**

- **Indemnification**: By joining Canva Lab, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fourth Street Creative Inc., its affiliates, and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the content, breach of these terms, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

**8. Cancellation Process**

- **Easy Cancellation**: You can cancel anytime by heading to the menu and selecting "Manage Membership" in your member's area. Once canceled, you'll receive a notice of cancellation and will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle.

**9. Support and Communication**

- **Support Hours**: Our support team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST. You can reach us via email for any support-related inquiries. Additionally, you can post questions in the community forum, where our team and fellow members can assist you.
